INTERNATIONAL MULTI-GENRE COMPETITION
Khrustalnaya Tufelka

Goals and objectives of the competition:
The goal of the competition is to find and reveal new creative groups and performers.
Objectives:
1. Initiation of children into the world or arts, health and aesthetics;
2. Providing a creative environment for teachers and children;
3. Attraction and development of creative potential of the new generation;
4. Preservation of the best cultural traditions in the world of arts.

Terms of the competition:
- Competition is open for groups and performers, from 3 to 25 years old.
- No limit to the number of contestants.
- Performance must be under 4 minutes.
- Each performance is evaluated separately.
- Each group or performer can participate in several nominations.
- Application and music must be sent to Oh_kamilla@mail.ru
- All music must be labelled in the following order: name of the group/contestant, title of the number.
- Diplomas are filled according to the information from the application.
- Performance order will be created in advance and sent 1 day before the competition.
- All music must be recorded on a USB flash drive in the MP3 format and brought on the day of the competition
Please note that if there are a large number of participants, the program will be arranged according to the convenience of organizing the competition. The organizers do not guarantee that your performance will take place in the morning hours.

Choreography (soloists, duos, trios, small groups of 4-5 people, ensembles):
1. First steps (3-6 years old, first stage performance);
2. Baby dance;
3. Folk dance;
4. Show dance;
5. Modern dance (hip-hop, jazz funk, dance mix, vogue, break dance);
6. Modern choreography (modern, contemporary, jazz);
7. Classical choreography;
8. Ballroom;
9. Lezginka;
And others.
Vocal art (soloists, small forms, ensembles, choir)
1. Pop singing;
2. Jazz singing;
3. Traditional singing;
4. Author song;
5. Academic singing.
Instrumental art (solo, small forms, ensembles, orchestras)
1. Piano;
2. String and plucked string instruments;
3. Wind instruments;
4. Folk instruments (kobyz, dombra, bayan, domra, accordion).
Theatre and spoken word (soloists, duos, trios):
1. Miniatures
2. Theatre performances
3. Sketches
4. Artistic reading (poem, prose work (excerpt), poetic work, fable)
5. Musical theatre
6. Theatre of facial expressions and gestures

Financial conditions:
- Soloists - 20 000 tenge / 32 / 3000 roubles
- Small forms:
1. duo - 12000 tenge from each participant / 19 / 1800 roubles
2. trio - 10000 tenge from each participant / 16 / 1500 roubles
- Small group (4 to 5 participants) - 8500 tenge from each participant / 13 / 1300 roubles
- Ensembles:
1. 6 to 10 participants - 7500 tenge from each participant / 12 / 1150 roubles
2. more than 11 participants - 6500 tenge from each participant / 10 / 1000 roubles

Special category BIG FAMILY nomination: the group with the most participants (from 80 people) will receive a money certificate
If the participant cancels his or her application, the participation fee is refunded within 10 days after the competition in the amount of 50%.
Entrance fee is 2000 tenge. Tickets can be bought at the venue on the day of the competition.

In order to participate:

2. Participation fee must be paid.

The jury:
The jury is determined by the organisers and is chosen from the professional experts in the field of arts and culture according to the genres.
Evaluation of the performance (10-point system):
The decision of the jury is final and is not subject to revision. The jury has a right to: divide places, not to award all places, and award special prizes.

1. Performance mastery (technique, theme, idea, content)
2. Style (costumes, artistry, stage presence)
3. Correspondence between music and choreography, and its appropriateness for the age of the competitors
Vocal arts
1. Vocal mastery (purity of intonation, diction, rhythm, tone quality)
2. Stage culture (artistry, style)
3. Appropriateness for the age of the competitors
4. Complexity of the leading voices (duo, trio, quartet, quintet, ensemble)
Instrumental art
1. Technical mastery
2. Quality of sound
3. Expression of the artistic intent (Interpretation of the piece)
Theatre creativity
1. The theme and selection of the repertoire (compliance with the age characteristics of the performers);
2. Performing skills (artistry, diction, stage embodiment of the image, stage communication);
3. Stage culture;
4. Costumes and props;
5. Contact with the audience.
Artistic word
1. Technique;
2. Logical expressiveness;
3. Complexity of the chosen literary text;
4. Awareness of reading, transmission of the genre features of the work;
5. Emotionality;
6. Imagery;
7. Correspondence of the material to the individuality of the performer and his age;
8. General artistic impression.

Awards
Every competitor will receive:
1. Diploma.
2. Medal (one per person, regardless of the number of performances)
3. Cup (one per soloist/group)
4. Letter of thanks to the head teachers and choreographers (no more than 3 persons) from the DanceStart committee.

General requirements:
1. The organiser has the right to change the directions and nominations as the organisers see fit.
2. No change or repertoire after the end of the application process is allowed.
3. Parents and team leaders are responsible for the life and health of the child during the competition.
4. The organiser of the contest is not responsible for material values (phone, money, wallets, etc.)
5. Teachers and parents are prohibited from approaching the jury members during the competition.
6. Incorrect behaviour of participants, teachers, parents, and disrespect for the organisers of the competition will lead to disqualification from the competition program without a refund.
7. In case of a shortage of contestants and force majeure, the organisers have the right to change the time and date to other dates, with notification of all participants according to the submitted application.
8. The use of confetti and other glitter, flammable substances and sharp objects is prohibited.
9. Participation in the competition means full acceptance of the rules of this Regulation! When submitting an application, the teacher automatically confirms agreement with all the rules of this Regulation!

Attention! Please verify the correctness of all applications beforehand the data cannot be corrected after the application is confirmed! All the names for diplomas and letters are copied from the application form! The organising committee is not responsible for mistakes made in the application!
