Goals and objectives: The GULNAR FEST international multigenre Competition is held with the aim of popularizing art, identifying and revealing the creative potential of gifted children and professional teachers, and developing children's and youth creativity as a fundamental factor in the spiritual, moral and aesthetic education of the younger generation. Creation of conditions for creative communication between teams, exchange of experience. Attracting public attention to children's and youth creativity. The competition promotes the spiritual, intellectual and cultural potential of young people and the development of creative freedom.

4. Financial conditions (Choreography, vocal art, original genre, acting, instrumental art, theatrical creativity and artistic word):
- Solo - 20,000 tenge / 3500 rubles / 43$ per participant for one number
- duet - 11,000 tenge / 2,000 rubles / 24$; per participant for one number
- trio - 9,000 tenge / 1,600 rubles / $ 19; participant for one number
- quartet - 8000 tenge / 1500 rubles / 17$, per participant for one number
- ensembles from 5 to 10 people - 7000 tenge / 1300 rubles / $ 15 per participant for one number
- ensembles from 11 participants - 6500 tenge / 1200 rubles / $ 14 per participant for one number
Participants from foreign countries pay the competition fees on the day of payment, at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The cost of a TICKET to the auditorium is a SEPARATE PAYMENT

- Pensioners, disabled people - 1,000 tenge / 180 rubles / 2 $ only with a supporting document
- Adult (WITHOUT DISCOUNT) - 2000 tenge / 360 rubles / 4 $
The entrance is free for the heads of creative teams (bracelets are given according to the list at the checkout)
In case of non-attendance of the participant, the funds will NOT be REFUNDED!
The cost of the organization fee includes: rent of a concert hall, awards, printed materials, payment to the jury, volunteers, presenters, organizing committee.In case of non-attendance or refusal to participate in the contest, the registration fee will not be refunded!
5. The Jury:
The jury consists of highly qualified specialists in the field of choreography, vocals, honored workers of culture and art of the Republic of Kazakhstan with extensive work experience.
Participants are evaluated in each nomination, in each age category. The jury evaluates the performance by a closed vote. The judicial protocols are confidential and are not subject to publication.
The jury's decision is final and cannot be discussed!
6. Awarding of participants and the supervisor
Based on the results of the competition program, on the competition day, the jury allocates places in each nomination and age category.

- Laureates of I, II, III degrees. The number of titles of laureates of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees is unlimited.
- A medal to the participant for each performance
- A personal diploma to the participant for each performance

- A cup for the collective, soloist, duo, quartet for each performance
- A letter of thanks to the supervisor, assistant, no more than 2 pcs., more than 2 pcs. for an additional fee.
7. The order of the Competition
1. The order of the performance according to a pre-arranged timing, according to age categories.
2. Backstage entrance is not earlier than 2 numbers before your performance.
3. Maintain order and discipline behind the scenes in the dressing rooms and in the auditorium.
4. The supervisor, the assistant supervisor is responsible for the quality of the performance from the beginning to the end (do not confuse the scenes, removing attributes, installing and configuring microphones at the right level, etc.)
8. Technical requirements.
Each team can present 1, 2 or more numbers lasting 2-5 minutes.
The phonograms on the flash card must completely match the submitted application. Have a duplicate of the phonograms on a flash card with you on the day of the competition. The use of "live" accompaniment is allowed. Applications and phonograms are accepted by e-mail: gulnarfest@mail.ru
9. General requirements.
1. The order of the performance according to the age categories according to the pre-arranged timing.
The timing of the competition numbers is compiled after the completion of the application process and is sent 2-3 days before the start of the competition program.
2. The competition program is conducted according to a pre-arranged schedule.
3. The preparation and holding of the competition is carried out by the organizing committee.
4. The Organizing Committee has the right to use and distribute audio, photos, videos, and printed materials during and after the contest.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these regulations.
6. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the loss of items during the contest.
7. Replacement of the repertoire 7 days before the start of the competition!
8. Careless treatment of the provided equipment and property is not allowed. In case of damage by any of the contestants, the financial responsibility for compensation for damage is assigned to the participant or the supervisor.
9. Insults to the Organizing Committee or participants are not allowed.
10. Revealing costumes and musical accompaniment with obscene language are prohibited.
11. Participation in the contest means full acceptance of the rules of this Regulation! When submitting an application, the supervisor automatically confirms agreement with all points of this provision!
12. During the competition program, insults and inappropriate behavior on the part of supervisors, parents, guests to the jury, organizers, volunteers, and anyone involved in organizing the competition are NOT allowed - for such behavior, the number is withdrawn from the competition program without a refund!
